Eggless and Vegetarian Cakes

GOOD NEWS!

All of our birthday and celebration cakes are available as an Eggless Sponge option. We do NOT use any animal fat
or animal bi-products in any part of our cakes. So our eggless sponge option is suitable for vegetarians too.

The only difference you will notice by looking at the cake will be that the shell decorations are cream coloured; we use cream cheese rather than royal icing (because royal icing contains a small amount of egg white). The Tom and Jerry cake shown left
is an eggless cake and has the cream coloured shell decoration.

Q. Are our standard cakes suitable for vegetarians?
A. That really depends on your definition of vegetarian, strict vegetarians do not
eat eggs (in which case choose the eggless option). Many vegetarians will eat eggs
so you may need to ask them.

Q. Are our cakes suitable for Muslims?
A. We do not use alcohol in any of the cakes, nor do we use any animal fat.
